Ant International's Tech Services Cover 100M Merchants Globally, Connecting 1.7B+ Users

Ant International released its first sustainability report since operating independently, stating that it is incessantly advancing the "6T" sustainability framework, namely global travel (Travel), global trade (Trade), technology sharing (Technology), digital talent (Talent), vigorous growth of small and micro groups (Thrive) and building a foundation of trust (Trust), and has yielded evident progress.

In promoting global travel, Ant International's Alipay+ connects over 1.7 billion users and 100 million merchants through partnerships with 36 e-wallets and national QR code payment systems, 90% of which are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). AlipayHK has also become the preferred digital tool for Hong Kong residents for consumption, business travel, and financial management globally, with approximately 150,000 digital partners among Hong Kong merchants.

In promoting global trade, Ant International's WorldFirst has assisted over 1.2 million SMEs in participating in global trade, with a transaction volume reaching USD100 billion by 2024. Eric Jing, Chairman of Ant Group and Ant International, stated in the report that the digital technology industry must take action to ensure that the benefits of innovation are accessible to the public, rather than being exclusive to a minority, thereby building a truly inclusive and sustainable global economy for the next generation.
