中海油服(02883.HK)近日與寧德時代(03750.HK)簽署船舶電動化合作意向書。雙方將基於海洋石油支持船(OSV)作業場景需求，共同開發適配海洋工程及運輸作業的電動化船舶，為海上油田作業提供更安全及可持續的新能源解決方案。
據悉，目前雙方已合作完成內地首艘「LNG+儲能電池」混合動力模式的OSV船「海洋石油545」和「海洋石油551」升級改造。(ta/w)
